(IM)POSSIBILITY OF LANGUAGE

In natural language is part of research investigating the way we can relate to the digital, through open source AI. This work considers the relation of text to image in the interaction with DALLE2, triggered by the request to use ’natural language’  to describe a desired image (text-to-image prompt). Taking own photos as reference point, and describing them in own natural language, this text was used as prompt again and again. The language in the space between original image and the generated image, offers a multiplicity of the similar, not the same. And how does an open source AI programme interpret  text, and what might be the generative pattern when the same prompt is used over and over again.
